COGA/NAUR clarification 2.1 User Identification and Authentication,#275

Hi all,

Can we get clarification on what would be suitable requirement(s) for 
the user need 11? This relates to augmentative and alternative 
communication/AAC.

 >User Need 11: A user with a learning or cognitive disability needs to
