Digital Wallets, as they pertain to Identity

Posting this for the record. The conversation thread is digital wallets, as
they pertain to housing and sharing digital credentials. These potentially
include driver's license, passport and medical records.

We received a list of wallets to look at from a recent digital Wallet
plugfest (Jobs for the Future

Note that this is early days. The DID/VC shared with us, "You can't even
download some of the digital wallets without special permission from the
companies... the rest are to be used in a sort of developer mode that is
not expected to be how people actually use these things in the real world. "
