Adjustments to RQTF meeting schedule in September

Dear colleagues,

As discussed at the RQTF meeting today, the regular Wednesday Research 
Questions Task Force meeting schedule for September is to be adjusted to 
take TPAC 2022 into account.

We plan to meet on 7 and 28 September, but not on the 14th or the 21st, 
thus avoiding potential conflicts with TPAC, and leaving the following 
week free of meetings.
