Re: [Maturity Model] draft announcement

Thank you Janina, not sure where we are now as I just came back from
vacation, but I've added a lot of issues in Github we might want to go
through, all wording related though.
Think these should be fixed or discussed before show lots of other people /
TPAC (?!)
