[Maturity] Document changes we discussed are complete

I have completed the changes to the Maturity model per our conversation in the meeting today.  I also noticed that quite a number of my scribed minutes didn’t show in the published minutes, nor did the topic changes show. I’m not sure what happened, as after the resolution, nothing further was recorded in the published minutes.  Copied from my irc channel, here’s the remaining content of the minutes where we discussed needed changes and other topics.
