I reorganized the document in the manner proposed at this week’s meeting. I also made minimal changes to the content (mostly modifying introductory text to reflect the changed structure, but also clarifying the interactive nature of the Cryptographic Attestation of Personhood technique).
The pull request is here:

  * Did I accidentally delete anything that I shouldn’t have deleted?
  * Am I drawing the right distinctions here?
  * What changes, if any, should be made to the classification of techniques proposed in the revised structure?
  * Friday afternoon writing is unlikely to be my best. How should the introductory text be improved?

Let’s review this work and decide whether it should be merged.

Subject: [CAPTCHA] Document restructuring

Dear colleagues,
I’ve started to reorganize the CAPTCHA draft according to what was agreed upon at this week’s Task Force meeting.
I’ll send a further message to this list when a pull request is available.
