Natural Language Interface Accessibility User Requirements - please review

Dear colleagues,
Josh has kindly merged unresolved changes to our Natural Language Interface Accessibility User Requirements draft. If we wish to publish a first public working draft prior to TPAC, the process will need to proceed rapidly, with a decision on whether to request that APA consider the draft for publication being taken this week.
Please consider whether there are any issues in the draft that should be addressed before forwarding a request for publication to APA. The current text is available here:
https://raw.githack.com/w3c/apa/main/naur/

This topic will of course be taken up at Wednesday’s meeting. The central question is whether we wish to strive for the narrow window of publishing opportunity that is available prior to TPAC, or whether we wish to make further changes, postponing the publication request.
