Dear colleagues,
Please note that the CAPTCHA editor’s draft has now been updated to reflect several proposed changes. Thus, the statement in the agenda that it is almost identical to the published note is no longer accurate.
A branch has also been created that preserves the original text (without the proposed changes applied).
The revised text describes the CAPTCHA proposal by CloudFlare and their claims concerning the potential aggregate costs of CAPTCHA challenges. It will be discussed at tomorrow’s meeting.
