Update on RQTF meeting minutes

Dear colleagues,
There appear to be technical issues with generation of today’s meeting minutes. These matters are currently being investigated (with thanks to Josh for taking up the case on the W3C side).
When the minutes are generated, they will appear at
https://www.w3.org/2021/06/02-rqtf-minutes.html

Currently, the above reference gives a 404 (document not found) error.
