RE: Reminder - review of remote meetings wiki

I’ve drafted initial text for the platform selection section. I also started adding to the meeting hosting section, but I think we’ve already covered the substance of this material elsewhere in the document, so it isn’t clear whether this section is needed or what it should contain. The same holds for the meeting participation section that follows it.
