Hi all, We have a reply from ITU-T on '[ITU-T] 2.1 Incoming calls and caller ID #121'. I've added it. [1] It seems that outside the US, a prefix is used to connect to the relay center, and it looks like this is critical for successfully hooking up with the relay service. I think this makes the new suggested requirement for identifying relay calls clearer. Lets discuss when we meet again.
