RE: RTC Accessibility User Requirements updated branch ready

I gave it a quick review - these are not my detailed comments based on the more thorough reading that I plan to do.
I wonder whether aspects of the document may be difficult to understand by people who are not thoroughly immersed in W3C/WAI activities or in RQTF work. Obviously, the purpose of a public review is to identify such issues, but it seemed to me while reading that some clarification and explanation would be helpful.
This could be as simple as providing links to explanatory material about the technologies mentioned in the introduction, expanding the abbreviations of the names of working groups, and adding a sentence or two of explanation here and there just to clarify the intent of some of the requirements. I am not proposing a large-scale rewrite.
