RE: SAUR Time line for edits on the FPWD.

For the BBC whitepaper, if no further clarifications arise, we could proceed as follows for the first public working draft:
1. Move the summary of the findings of the whitepaper from the editors' note into the body of the document (i.e., no longer in n editors' note).
2. Add an editors' note stating that the Task Force is still reviewing this research.

Alternative proposals are of course welcome.
