Synchronization Accessibility User Requirements: Video Description clarification

Dear colleagues,
As agreed at the meeting today, I went ahead and proposed changes to align the terminology (“video description”) used in the Synchronization Accessibility User Requirements with that in the Media Accessibility User Requirements.
I also added a note that clarifies the two delivery methods for video description, and explains why we are only concerned in this document with synchronization of descriptions offered as recorded audio tracks.
