Structure/organization issue with Accessibility of Remote Meetings

Dear colleagues,
I have now raised the issue to which I briefly alluded at the RQTF meeting today regarding the structure and organization of the Remote Meetings document.
The issue is on GitHub at

Comments are welcome (preferably on GitHub, but also here on the mailing list if GitHub is problematic for anyone).
I am available to make revisions to the document to address the issue, but we’ll need a clear sense of how we plan to resolve it in order to propose appropriate changes. I don’t expect the changes to be extensive.
