Re: RQTF Agenda+ Gunnar's RAUR suggested edits for discussion

Hi all,

In order to facilitate a productive discussion tomorrow,  after speaking 
with Janina today, we decided that several of Gunnars comments that are 
excellent clarifications (and editorial)  could be merged into main, so 
I've done that. The other items that we need to discuss relating to or 
impacted by Gunnars comments, are below.
