Task force review of "Making Content Usable for People with Cognitive and Learning Disabilities"

Dear colleagues,
As discussed at recent Task Force meetings, Making Content Usable for People with Cognitive and Learning Disabilities is under consideration with a view to publication as a W3C Note. Further discussion is on the agenda for this week’s RQTF meeting, where we plan to focus, in addition to any other issues raised, on recent changes to the document as appear in this Git branch:
https://raw.githack.com/w3c/coga/consistency_checks/content-usable/index.html

Please note that there is now a reference at the beginning of section 1 (“Summary”) to section 2.1 (“How to Use this Document”). This reference relatively early in the text may facilitate use and understanding of the material by readers who proceed straight to the summary.
