Re: RAUR: New use case for total conversation clarification

Hi,

Two quick comments on this thread ...

We do have agenda additional to what WebRTC forwarded earlier. Can
someone update that email? I can't get to it until later today.

Our agenda is captured here:

https://www.w3.org/WAI/APA/wiki/Meetings/TPAC_2020#Joint_meeting_with_Web_Real-Time_Communications

Re Total Conversation: Yes, the three modalities in the same session is
the foundation. Our concerns are in the details of implementation, and
therefore the support across user agents and across hosting systems for
key a11y feature support.

Examples include the RTT vs IRC-style texting.

Also pinning interpreters with the individual for whom interpretation is
proceeding--lkwhich is both a sign-language and natural language issue,
eg. multi-lingual requirements in jurisdictions like Canada.

Capturing captions in a recording; capturing the signing of a meeting in
the recording; etc.

It isn't clear to me that RTT implementations will necessarily support communication in a session that also includes audio and video. We should probably make this clear in the RAUR.
