Updates to Accessibility of Remote Meetings wiki page

Dear colleagues,

I took the opportunity yesterday to revise the Accessibility of Remote Meetings wiki page to address some of the issues noted in the document.

The topics listed under “additional issues” are yet to be resolved. However, I proposed resolutions for most of them a while ago. We need to decide which should simply be deleted, and how to treat the remainder.

Comments on this point are welcome (perhaps best communicated by email at first, then at an RQTF meeting as needed).

Please note that we don’t plan to devote much teleconference time tomorrow to the Remote Meetings page, as most of our time is needed for the resolution of open issues on RQTF working drafts.
