Re: Wiki page on accessibility of remote meetings created

Thank you. Good to see it evolving futher.

I've made a quick structural change to move the RTC info down into 
platform support rather than as a top level section.

Also added some emphasis in the "purpose" section, and more clearly 
called out that this is an interim document for collection, and not 
intended (at least not yet) as a single doc.

Hoping to get back into this for more editing later today.
