RE: Moving meetings to the Zoom teleconference system

To Jason

I’ll definitely be supporting this. Zoom would make things phenomenally easier for me to join the meetings so would be great to see RQTF switch as well as APA.

Scott.

Subject: Moving meetings to the Zoom teleconference system

Dear colleagues,

The APA Working Group has issued a Call for Consensus (CfC) to move meetings to the Zoom teleconference system. Everyone in the RQTF should have received the CfC by email, and is welcome to respond on the public-apa-admin mailing list. The CfC is also archived here:
https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-apa-admin/2020Mar/0005.html

If RQTF participants respond favorably to the APA Working Group’s CfC, then we will make the transition of our Task Force teleconferences to the Zoom application.

If this transition occurs, please note any technical issues that arise.
