RE: XR Accessibility History and Lessons learned wikipage

Thank you, Josh. How does this connect with the RQTF review of the XR accessibility-related literature?

I think it would be desirable to capture details of work that has never been described in published research, in so far as we know about it. Are there gaps in our reading of the literature so far that should also be filled, or is there a desire to convey our findings in a different format?

Subject: XR Accessibility History and Lessons learned wikipage

Hi all,

One of the things that came up at TPAC was the fact that there has been a lot of previous work gone into thinking about how to make XR type content accessible to people with disabilities. So what can we learn from this work?

In order to capture some of this rich data - here is a template page for an 'XR History and Lessons learned' document, please feel free to add relevant examples from your previous work or projects that you are aware of. This came up after chatting with Mark Hakkinen and Janina, I think this could be very useful to help us distil lessons learned, so we don't replicate previous mistakes or duplicate work that has previously been done. Comments/feedback on how to improve this format are welcome.

Thanks

Josh
