Thanks both to Josh and Jason.For now let me say that I agree this is
important.

One possibly good example is where the vehicle can only get relatively
close to a destination, but not up to the door.

An example from my own personal life is my experience of a certain
Sunday in Milan. I wanted to visit the Cathedral for services. My taxi
was only able to get me to the plaza fronting the cathedral. That was
over 100 meters away, and my first attempt put me in the shopping arcade
adjacent.

Not sure how to write this up, but I'll work it up and forward on list
later today.
