Re: CAPTCHA draft

Hi, Scott:

The wide review draft publication is underway. It should become visible
later this week at:

http://www.w3.org/TR/turingtest


This will definitely be the address we want to hand out--but it's not
quite ready yet. What you see at that URI now is our 3 July version, but
this is where our most recent version will soon show up.

We will also post a W3C blog entry when our latest draft goes live.
We're asking the wider community for what we call a "wide review."
Depending on what comments we get in that wide review, we're either
going to continue refining, or finish and publish our draft as a W3C
Note.
