Meeting postponed to next week, and update

Dear colleagues,

After reviewing the state of progress on actions agreed to at last week's meeting and the uncertainty about achieving quorum tomorrow, it has been decided to postpone the meeting to next week.

Progress is being made on all of the agreed upon work. There will be accomplishments to discuss next week. Meanwhile, the mailing list is available for sharing of ideas and updates.
