Thanks for sharing this updated version. It’s a great start, and I made some edits, mainly editorial. I issued a pull request as I don’t have edit rights—hope that’s okay.

I think now it would be worth spending time on developing the structure, and how we break down the content we’ve gathered and identify what’s missing. Then we can take responsibility for specific sections, and build them out to create a coherent successor to the 2005 WG Note. Could we discuss that on tomorrow’s call?

On structure and content, I’d like to see some more coverage of the helpful material put together in the “Captcha alternatives and thoughts" document I mentioned on last week’s call. (I think Janina may have shared it a while back; certainly I don’t take any credit for finding it!)
