Literature review planning - wiki page

Dear colleagues,

I have created the wiki page and populated it with an introduction and with the readings that David Sloan volunteered for via the mailing list. I still need to add the references that I have read and on which I can comment. We should also create a section for comments, or just add the comments under each item, whatever seems to be the best way to organize the page.

You are welcome to edit as appropriate and, as ever, to volunteer for reading.
