Next RQTF meeting scheduled for Wednesday, 13 December

We have decided that it would be most productive to schedule the next meeting for Wednesday, 13 December, thereby postponing the regular meeting until next week. The agenda will be circulated closer to the meeting - Web of Things, WebVR and other topics are expected to be addressed.
