Okay to publish revised RDF Plain Literal ?

This spec was jointly published by the OWL and RIF WG's:

The OWL WG has approved the (trivially) revised version, just updating 
the references to keep up with the rest of the specs:

Procedurally, I'm not sure they need our okay, but I thought it made 
sense to check with this group, just in case.   So, if you see any 
problem with moving ahead with RDF Plain Literal (Second Edition), 
please speak up by October 9th.
