A question about RIF lists, iris and local constants

All,

A quick question: can a rif:iri or a rif:local constant be equated to a 
list term?

That is, do condition expressions like the ones below make sense at all?

<ex:myList> = List()
_myList = List()

The semantics of PRD does not exclude them, and we wondered if it 
should...
