Summary of RIF telecon June 19 (Was: Re: RIF Second Edition (urgent))

Following the publication of XSD 1.1, a second edition of the RIF 
recommandations will be published. This is the opportunity to correct 
minor errors and to add clarifications.

The telecon today was to discuss the republication and to set up a plan.

Attendees: ChrisW, SandroH, csma, HaroldB, MikeD, MichaelK, HassanAK, 
AdrianP

Summary: A list of proposed errata, most of them reported on the RIF 
public mailing lists, is to be found on the RIF errata page [1]: they will 
be implemented in the relevant documents before republication. In addition 
the spec will be carefully checked for more minor errors and typos. 
Proposed changes will be reported on the errata page and implemented.

Actions:
- Harold takes care of Core and everything XML in BLD and FLD
- csma takes care of PRD
- Michael takes care of everything non XML in BLD and FLD
- Chris takes care of SWC
- Axel takes care of DTB

Deadline for the corrected documents is July 10. At that time, we plan to 
publish to the WG the corrected document with diff wrt the REC documents 
for a 2 weeks review period before publication of the revised edition.
