Ooops! My fault: I changed the time after copying the invitation, but not 
the date :-(

The meeting is scheduled on September 4th, indeed. Sorry for the 
confusion.

Answers:

- I am NOT ready yet (I will let you know when I am).

- I did not make a telecon reservation (and nobody else did either, 
afaik).
