At this point, this document has some editorial issues (enumerated by
Dave and Axel) that I plan to clear up by about this time tomorrow.
There are some design issues which I have flagged with editor's notes,
which I'll convert into links to new Issues.
I wouldn't suggest a thorough technical read of it until I say so
tomorrow, but at this point you can look at it to see what it does and
decide whether you'll need to do that thorough reading. Again, I'm
sorry for the short timeline here.
If you have any non-editorial concerns other than those mentioned by
editors notes, please do speak up ASAP (and certainly before 6pm ET
Monday).
