RIF Agenda, 13 July

I'm not sure what stopped Christian from sending the agenda, but we'll
meet as planned at the usual time tomorrow.

The dial-in numbers, which changed last week for Europe, are:

The agenda is basically to talk about the status of the remaining
documents, including the primer, UCR, RIF-in-RDF, and XML Data.

I imagine we'll also look at some test cases if we have time.
