Broadcast: [PRD] PRD TF telecon January 26 on modify and refraction (26 Jan 17:00 CET)

As discussed during the RIF telecon last Tuesday, we will have a PRD
telecon tomorrow, 26 January, at the usual RIF telecon time.

The telecon will focus on the problems with the current definition of
refraction and conflict resolution, as described in my email [1]. See also
[2] for a couple exemples, which I made up today and which I could not test
on either JRules or Clips: my hard disk crashed on Friday, and I retrieved
it just a moment ago, albeit with may files missing, and all my software to
be re-installed :-(?

Sorry for the late notice, but the crash is, again the reason:I:  did not
have access to email until now.
