My fault: I changed UTF-8 to UTF-16 in the PRD schema because the W3C validator would not validate with UTF-8, and I forgot to revert to UTF-8 after I discovered that it was only because I had saved the XSD file in Unicode format... I changed back to UTF-8 in the PRD schema. Thanx.
