I figure out that the problem only occured when the &exist; was was
inside both a <pre> and an <i> tag, so I took the &exist; out of the <i>
in PRD.

Append the terms to the end of the URL you want to check.  It should
work properly for the preview snapshots.  On the wiki pages, you may get
some false-positive reports due to problems with wiki markup.
