ACTION-785 ... 2 questions

working on the allbuiltins-use case (ACTION-785), cf.

   http://www.w3.org/2005/rules/wiki/All_Builtins

2 questions in this regard

1)  examples over a certain length don't seem to be displayed properly
     anymore.

2)  how can I create the XML-output? (there were some links on tools in 
some mails, but I can't find a direct link to the parser e.g. on the 
implementations link)
