In completion of http://www.w3.org/2005/rules/wg/track/actions/726 I removed all string comparison built-ins except pred:compare from DTB. This also seems to close ISSUE-67. In this context, we should probably strive next to also remove all the other newly invented comparison preds from DTB which don't have back-up in XPath/XQuery and resolve ISSUE-96 accordingly... This is also dependent on the discussions on literal-(not-)equal or literalNotIdentical, ... Is that now fine?
