Re: [PRD] PRD TF telecon Tuesday 21 October

With regards to action 591, my intent is that this could be part of Core 
and not PRD specific.  Also, because this will not be part of PRD WD2, I 
think we should move this until after all WD2 issues are identified and 
resolved.  I propose we discuss and resolve issues in [1] as our first 
priority.
