[RIF] test case RDF Combination Member 1

Hi Dave,

This test case says "Declaring A to be rdfs:subClassOf C
leads to A ## C since rdfs:subClassOf is a sub property of ##. "
But I thought that  ## is a sub-property of rdfs:subClassOf, 
and if ## holds, rdfs:subClassOf holds, but not necessarily
the other way around?
