Hi, We had no time to discuss UCR today. I added two new requirements to UCR about - Internationalized text http://www.w3.org/2005/rules/wiki/UCR#Internationalized_text - Inter-dialect and intra-dialect interoperability http://www.w3.org/2005/rules/wiki/UCR#Enable_Interoperability For the next RIF telecon I would like to suggest the following two proposals for the text of these two new requirements: *PROPOSED:* Internationalized text RIF must support internationalized text - that is, text that additionally conveys information in terms of a language tag. *PROPOSED:* Enable Interoperability RIF must allow intra-dialect interoperation, i.e. interoperability between semantically similar rule languages (via interchange of RIF rules) within one dialect, and it should support inter-dialect interoperation, i.e. interoperation between different dialects with maximum overlap. -Adrian
