I'm sorry for not catching that at the time. In the future, I'll try to make sure people express their own votes on IRC, since that process helps make sure everyone knows a WG decision is being made. If we're reconsidering it (as seems appropriate to me, but it's the chairs' call), my leaning is toward having it in an appendix, but I'm fine with this next WD having it however you want and we can look at it again after that. -- Sandro
