5. FLD/BLD grammar/BNF [5] [6] (30 mn)

*RESOLUTIONS* Resolutions will be passed as useful ithout waiting the
usual 1 week delay

- Nested Forall: we have a resolution on the grammar for rules that
includes nested forall; recent proposals [10] and ensuing discussions on
the mailing list propose to change that. Pass new resolution?

- predicates VS functions: continue last week discussion whether FLD
and/or BLD grammar should separate predicates and functions (see action
445 [7])

- logic terms VS external calls: an XML syntax that distinguishes logic
terms from external calls cannot be mapped directly on the currently
proposed grammar. Should the grammar be changed wrt that issue too
(which is othogonal to the previous question)?

- Metadata: continue and finalize discussion on the synatx for metadata
in BLD WD2 (see Jos's initial proposal on metadata [8], proposed update
for FLD/BLD syntax [9], and Michael's proposal [10])
  * NB: The consensus at F2F9 seemed to be that metadata at the ruleset
and rule levels was non-controversial and could included in BLD WD2, but
that so-called directives, metadatastatements and metadata anywhere else
required more discussion and would not be in BLD WD2

6. XML syntax {11] (20 mn)

- Earlier on in the WG, we seemed to have a consensus on a fully
stripped XML syntax. Is that still the case?
   * The current proposed XML syntax for slots in Frames and NAU is not
fully stripped [11]

- reviewing the XML schema {12] (including: what are the criteria?)

- discuss XML syntax for BLD WD2 [11], [10]

7. Publication plan (20 mn)

- SWC [13] (freeze and review?)

- UCR [14] (freeze and review?)

- replanning publication of FLD [5], BLD [6]

8. AOB
