[ADMIN] Minutes of 4 March 2008 meeting

Attached please find the minutes of last week's meeting. 

Please let me know if the minutes are complete. In particular: Harold, 
there were some remarks of yours that I could not hear. However, others 
paraphrased your comments and you supplied some text in the IRC to augment 
your comments. Can you check to make sure that nothing is missing in the 
minutes?
