  PROPOSED: BLD builtins are not sensitive to order as they are in query

5. Issue 40 (builtins) (5 mn)

- Close issue 40 (builtins) [4]

PROPOSED: BLD builtins are not sensitive to order as they are in query
languages and production rules (closing issue-40).

6. Action 404 (update lists syntax+semantics) (10 mn)

- Discuss (and hoepfully: close) action 404 (update lists 
syntax+semantics in FLD-BLD) [5]

PROPOSED: Approve Michael's alternative proposal on lists [6] and
update FLD+BLD syntax/semantics accordingly to reflect that and the
previous resolution on lists.

7. BLD [7] (30 mn)

- discuss syntax for meta-data in BLD WD2 (see Jos's initial proposal on 
metadata [8], proposed update for FLD/BLD syntax [9], and Michael's 
proposal [10]

  NB: The consensus at F2F9 seemed to be that metadata was 
non-controversial and could included in BLD WD2, but that so-called 
directives and metadatastatements required more discussion and would not 
be in BLD WD2

  => The *focus of the dicussion* is on what do we include in BLD WD2

- discuss XML syntax for BLD WD2 [11], [10]

8. Publication plan (25 mn)

- review changes in FLD [12], BLD [7] and UCR [13] before freeze
