There are two editor's notes in the document: the one near the end of the overview is pre-last call; it is about an anticipated change in BLD before last call. the second note is in the appendix; it is about what happens with the embedding if equality is removed from BLD, since equality is an at-risk feature. I think it is appropriate to have this note in the last call document, because people may wonder what happens with the embedding if equality is removed from BLD.
