Hi - this is to give my regrets for not attending today's telcon.

The regret page (http://www.w3.org/2005/rules/wiki/TeleconRegrets)
is not editable (trying to edit gives " This page has been locked
to prevent editing"). This is not the 1st time this happens - why?
Beats me.
