At our next F2F meeting we would like to poll the group to see who expects to 
implement BLD.  Please think about it and be prepared to answer.  Having 
implementation is an important part of the W3C process for a recommendation track.

If there is interest, we can schedule a breakout or bof for BLD implementors.
