As discussed at F2F8, we need to pick dates for F2F9, to be held in
Europe, in February. We have three hosting offers at the moment [1].
So, please fill out this survey:

Once we have results on this, we'll do a second survey between a few
specific proposals for specific date+location combinations.
This completes ACTION-372.
